Happy Birthday Cassie!

We FINALLY celebrated Cassie's second birthday. Poor girl, with every one's crazy schedule, it wasn't until now that we all could sit down and celebrate in good fashion. AND...we didn't even do that today. With mother nature takin' over, the weather finally has shaped up here in the Mississippi Valley, so the tractors, plows and planters are movin' full speed ahead. We had planned the party to be at our home, but made a last minute decision to change location to Bohnert Farm, so the men could stop n' time for a bite to eat, including cake and give big birthday smooches to the birthday girl! AND...the good thing 'bout being two is that you really don't know the difference, as long as you get cake and a few presents. Love that life is so simple (as it should be) at a young age.

Cassie sported BIG smiles, even though she was tuckered out from the weekends festivities of go-go-go! Tyler was EXCITED to say the least that the cake was chocolate ("its my favorite kind," he reports!), and everyone ate it up (delish as it was!) regardless that my American flag cake was melting on the transport to the farm.
Highlights for this birthday beauty include strawberries (they are her fave snack), babies and a baby stroller. What more does a two year old girl need? Oh she got more gifts & loved 'em all!!!

Cassie Ann Bohnert, we love you so very much. You easily make me laugh. I love your sweetness, your silly looks and your "ham-of-a-personality". Everyone does. I'm so thankful that you are in my life and apart of our family. I couldn't image it any other way!

Hip-hip-hurray, Cassie Ann is two! Happy birthday sissy!
xoxo!

Cassie starts the day off with a nice, red strawberry!!
Once the party got moved to the farm, Cassie sits with her dad & brother in her very own Dora lawn chair!

Happy Birthday Cassie!
Cassie with some of her new presents!
..and she continued to push that baby all afternoon w/ all her stuffed packed in! She looks like a soccer mom with that hat on.
The Jersey kids loved blowing bubbles!
